[Resolved]  Shopforschool — Non-Delivery o[censored]niforms but stating delivered (paid amount online)

OR-1344071 booked on 1st April (pay online). Got the books, but uniforms not delivered in spite of repeated following up. Suddenly it shows that uniforms also delivered, and request for return from our end, which is not true. Called customer care several times, no one responding the calls. Mailed to them, no reply. Spoken to school, but not get any satisfactory response.

Please help me with the order delivery.

Updated by Purabi Banerjee Still not get any response, school authority also not helping. No one responding on the customer care. Nothing delivered but they have updated the status as "Delivered" on their portal. only the books are delivered at our end. Uniforms are not yet delivered nor we have any track details of the same.

Please help us to either get the order deliver or get the amount back.

Updated by Purabi Banerjee It is 24th day I placed the order. How unprofessional & irresponsible shop for school is ?? Wondering why such a reputed school like " Podar International School" has recommended them ??
