I had ordered books for my 2nd std son from shopforschool.in on 10-Jun-22. ( order id- B2CO543847 ) but still today (25-july-22) they have failed to deliver on order.
Everytime when contacted they are buying more time saying there was quality issue or something.

They are not even letting me cancel my order.
Kindly support to cancel the order and make them refund my amount with interest for period they have used it without any cause.

I have sent email to them regarding my query till date they don't resolve my query, school already started but till date textbook I don't have received

Do not order form them, This are bunch of frauds
Post ordering they will not deliver stuffs nor will refund

I have placed an order for Grade 2 ICSE book set of Lilavatibai Podar Senior Secondary School on 5th March 2021.
ORDER ID... B2CO204372.
Till date the order status is showing books packed. No further status updates have been recieved.
On calling at your customer care on Friday 12th March 2021, even they did not have any idea regarding the status of the order placed. The executive called me back and told me that since ICSE syllabus is changed, he would try to cancel my if not dispatched. Since then, no revert from your side about status update.
Called today on 16th March 2021, still they do not have any updates regarding my order. They don't even know where it is.
So since my tracking shows that it has not been dispatched and you have no idea where and what exactly is going on with the same, I would request you to CANCEL my order and initiate a REFUND for the same.
Also, I would appreciate an update from your end.
This would help me place my order again after a few days when you have new books in stock.
I hope you do take the necessary steps to ensure our trust and support as your regular customer.

We have booked online order for purchase of school books from shopforschool site on date 25/05/2020 but they failed to deliver & due to non response from them so we have canceled my order and send my amount to my account

Books not delivered in spite of repeated following up. Suddenly it shows that books delivered,
Called customer care several times, no one responding the calls. Mailed to them, no reply. Spoken to school, but not get any satisfactory response.

Please help me with the order delivery.

I have ordered books for std v, CBS, podar international school vide order no B2CO50566 dated 01.01.2020 but still books haven't delivered.
This is to inform you that virtual classes begin started and my daughter facing a lot of difficulties due to non availability of books.
Kindly arrange to deliver books at the earliest.

Based on podar international school recommendation/rules we have order books and uniform through shopforschool only. Based on the same we have ordered the uniform and books on 17-april-17 and we have received only book and they took entire amount.

Till date we have not received the uniform and they are not picking my call or replaying my mails.

Please help me to get the refund or uniform as earliest.

We have booked online order for purchase of school books from shopforschool site on 16.05.17 but they failed to deliver & due to non response from them we have cancelled the order on 08.06.17 but after that still we have not received our amount back of rs.6152/- so request to take necessary action against them & help out for getting our amount back with interest also if possible so that such case will not happen with another one in future....

Books missing, mail done, noone is picking phone, school started, kids going without books, pathetic service by shop for school, they even dont bother yo check the book list before sending, school diary in bad condition, marathi and hindi books missing from 6th standard, also graph book and many other things like craft set, brushes, kits missing, call centre not picking phone when calling, no reply to email since last 7 days, very pathetic service, will complaint to higher authority very soon if issue not get resolved in 3 days

I have placed order for book kit (Order no or[protected] for my son in 7th standard, podar international school, chinchwad, pune. As per the school the books are supplied by shop for school and order to be placed on line. I have placed the order on 10th may and the books are not received till today and as per confirmation received from their call center (Ms akanksa) that books are not even supplied.

As i understood from some other parents, such delay in dispatch has been done by this supplier with many other parents. This is a action condemnable as a monopolistic approach. I requesting you to take it up with party and get the books immediately. Also guide me as how to take it up in mrtp.

I had booked my child books on website www.shopforschool.com as per instruction by podar school administration and paid 8500/- against order booking ID 1343595 dated 08.04.2017 they had committed within 15 days time books will be deliver at your postal address
I am continuously taking follow up for that but no reply received from administration
My both child educational loss took place from last 2 month and shopforschool administrator harassed me not picking up my calls

So request you to please look in to the matters

As per school instruction we have place the order for school books for my 2 kids on 30th march 2017 and paid 100 % advance with delivery charges
As per their commitment they suppose to deliver the books within 10-12 days but today is 28th april 2017 and i am still waiting for books.

They are hardly responding to the phone and every time they are saying within 5-6 days it will come but nothing happening

Shopforschool is a fraud website. We have ordered the books for 6th and 3rd standard icse on recommendation from podar school - kalyan on 27th march. They have collected full payment when they delivered the class 3rd book and still not delivered the books for class 6th. Our all mails and phone calls to them remain unanswered. They have put some junior executives to attend the phone calls who lies and promises same day delivery. For last 15 days they are promising that delivery will happen today.

I am going to write to the education minister and request himto take stern action against shopforschool and prohibit them from doing education business in india

We have given order for books and uniform on 24th march 2017, today is 25th april 2017.
This is very frustrating that after one month also the books are not delivered by Shopforschool. It seems they are interested in the commercial gain instead of delivering books and earning interest on the ordered amount.

Also there is no response on the telecom -customer care. We are not sure the delivery date as on date.

I am going to lodge an FIR against Shopforschool.

I want to complaint that i had ordered two sets of books for grade 2 and 4 on the 23rd march and it's order no is or-1312274 and has not received it till dated. I have called th e customer care no lot of time they earlier use to say two or three day u will get it but it didn't happen.. Then they started giving the courier no[protected] of shipyari compain and when we track it is only shows the order generated not even picked up till date. We called the courier guys they say what can we do ma'am it is still lying in the shoptoschool wear house pls tell them to send then only we can deliver. It is really shameful that the school will start with the vacation by next week and we don't have the books. It's really not just harrassing the parents. No proper answer we get. Pls help

I had ordered books for 9th std and school uniforms. My order no. Is or-1344310. Made full payment of rs. 7000 also through their portal. They were suppose to deliver the items within 10 business days. I have not received my order yet on 21.4.17. When called them up yesterday... The answer i get is... Order is not yet shipped... Wow thanks... As if i was not aware of this fact. The person called abhishek on phone was very rude. Nobody allowed me to talk to their supervisior or manager... Telling me that.. They r busy in meeting right now. Such a unprofessional and pathetic service. This i never expected from podar international school.

OR-1344071 booked on 1st April (pay online). Got the books, but uniforms not delivered in spite of repeated following up. Suddenly it shows that uniforms also delivered, and request for return from our end, which is not true. Called customer care several times, no one responding the calls. Mailed to them, no reply. Spoken to school, but not get any satisfactory response.

Please help me with the order delivery.

My son has taken admission in R.N. PODAR (CBSE) 1st Standard. The School had provided Shopforschool site for Books & Uniform. I had placed an order no. OR-1337903 with them which contained my child's Books & Uniform which was CASH ON DELIVERY the courier guy had delivered the parcel on 7th of April & taken cash amounted Rs. 6, 414 but the parcel contained only the Books and NO UNIFORM. Now this site is not picking up phone calls +[protected][protected]@shopforschool.in) and the status is showing delivered. The school is telling us to send the child in uniform.

As per school instruction we have ordered books for Podar Internationat School Powai from ShopforSchool. during order placement it said it will be delivered within 15 days but it's more than 21 days books has not been delivered in-spite of full payment. Book Vender are not responding on emails neither picking up the phone. Studies are already started and kids are suffering because of delay.
