Shopforschool — non refund of amount against order cancellation

We have booked online order for purchase of school books from shopforschool site on 16.05.17 but they failed to deliver & due to non response from them we have cancelled the order on 08.06.17 but after that still we have not received our amount back of rs.6152/- so request to take necessary action against them & help out for getting our amount back with interest also if possible so that such case will not happen with another one in future. This site is related to podar international school & my son is studying in nagpur podar school

Updated by mohandeo72 This is very wrong process that you are asking me card confidential details plz refund the amount by cheque or NEFT only if you want to refund but you cant ask anyone his confidential details
whatever card number earlier provided that is also wrong bcoz we are better aware of this hence we never share such details to anyone FYIP that 16 digit number we have provided is a match of 4 different card numbers not of SBI FYIP

Yes i have not provided any correct data to them
Take up the issue with school as it is a school company only. Issue will be resolved quickly. Mr Kamlesh Dhamne.

Sir, Plz you take up the issue otherwise they will not refund bcoz I already tried from Nagpur school so Principle told if you want to blame & want to sent mails then ok like this they replied hence I stopped writing mails to them & Mumbai we are not aware so humble request to do the same on our behalf plz.
