I have odered the books of 3rd std but i haven't received it have been more than 1 month

I ordered books for STD 3 but not received yet.

I have ordered books for cbse, std v, podar international school on Ist April 2020 vide order no.B2CO50566. Still I haven't received books. As virtual classes being started due which my daughter facing a lot of problems.

Kindly arrange to deliver books at the earliest.

I have ordered books for icse, std v, podar international school nashik on I4 junel 2020 vide order no.B2CO91398. Still I haven't received books. As virtual classes being started due which my son facing a lot of problems.this order seen dispatched on 27 june 2020

I had ordered books of grade 2 order no B2CO219190 on
pin code 422206. I could place order very easily.
But then i received call from DTDC services that my pincode is not included in their shipment addresses.
Also shipping charges are deducted from my account.
Whats the point to order booms online if i have to collect them from DTDC services. I would have purchased books from books shop itself instead of wasting time and money on online booking and unnecessary paying shipping charges.

I had orderd by childs kit on 31 march they told me that kit will be delivered by 9 days but it has been 27 days and even after multiple call on customer care they r just answering there scripted response these peoples r not serious about thier work and are professionally irresponsible we all must go in consumer court againt them
