Not professional company. 1st time I placed the order to this company..

On 15th June I placed an order forSignoraware 513 plastic lunch box. I payed by credit card
I was shown an account Login my mo no andpassword given to me. I paid Rs 865 and was told it would be delivered within 4- 5 days.
it is 1st July and im yet to get my order..
For Queries Nos given [protected] n [protected]
I have been trying to contact but only response by a computerized voice saying Busy call after some time...this has been going on for the last 15days.
I request you to please see that my order is deliverd to me ASAP.
