Shopkaku.com — shipping of wrong product of mobile. | |||||
On 08 october 2017, i booked redmi 4a mobile (3 gb ram and, 32 gb inner memory volte) and paid rs 5999/- on line. Shopkaku.com alotted me order no 134999 on my email id. After few days i received a parcel through courier. On opening of parcel i found a very cheap key button mobile. I spoke customer care on toll free no [protected]. Mr sagar yadav of customer care regretted about wrong shipping of mobile and assured me to deliver correct product of mobile. Sir, shopkaku.com have yet not delivered the said mobile. Toll free no [protected] of shopkaku. Comis also not responding. Request help me. Either shopkaku.com should deliver me correct product of mobile or refund rs 5999/- at the earliest.
