Shopkin — company

I have ordered a dress from shopkin on 21 St March 2019. I have used netbanking g to pay for the same. I got to know about shopkin through Facebook advertisement. While I placed the order, one person called and confirmed the order and said it will be delivered in 8 to 10 days. I did not receive the order and called on the same number. Now the number is switched off and it is almost 1 month that I have not received. I want to complain about this company shopkin and I feel it is fraud. Also Facebook should be little careful while posting the ads and should not post fake ads. We trust Facebook and assume that the ads are not fake but very dissappointed with the same.
