I have ordered a mobile phone on 8 oct 2020 and my money has also debit form my a/c.but i have not got mobile till today and they are also not responding my phone and emails.I have also details of purchase on phone
I am very mentally disturbed. Please help me.

I placed an order from shopkin, a jump suit of ₹350 & the payment debit card through razorpay.
After writing an email to them after 10 days of order when i have not received any confirmation they replied me that my order has been shipped and will be delivered to me by 9th april, 2019. But after that i didn't not receive my ordee & also they are not replying to emails, no contact number & their site www.shopkin.in is invalid, fake.
I wanna take action against them.
I have seen many complaints here so m having now a platform to add my complains too.

I had ordered 2 products from Shopkin, they confirmed the payment through Razorpay and product shall be delivered within 12-14 days. The order date was 26 March. I kept writing to them, but there was no revert. Today I shared this concern on Razorpay support, they have acknowledged my complaint and wrote to me that they will look into this.
This is very sad that anyone can make an e-commerce platform and loot people.

This is a humble request to Consumer Complaints that strict policies should be made for the registration of these platforms. More than 50% of sales are done online today, and they sustain on trust if these companies come up, then it would be really difficult for us to trust others.

I have ordered 5 kurtis and have made payment through online... But have not received any kurti yet. The phone no. Provided by shopkin is not reachable... It seems fraud... Order no. 7291 march 22 2019... Plzz refund my money or else deliver my product as soon as possible.. And also contact me... There is no response of shopkin its fraud they take your money from this u cant after that contact them.. Their site is invisible on google nw. They are fraud.. Once u will confrm your order and pay after that they will block your no. And also will not give u response on their given email id.in first days they will tell u. It will be delivered in some days. There was technical problm bla bla. But aftr that they will not response after some days so from my opinion shopkin is jusss a fraud... They steal products from other websites nd upload it on their website on less amount. Like the actual cost of kurti is 1800 they upload it on their site with discount 30/40% etc etc.. From this the customer gets motivated and we began to order these kurtis because of their attractiveness discount prices.. Also u will pay online because of attractiveness of these kurtis nd less amount... Aftr u order nd pay online they will not get in touch with you. They are not gonna response your mails nor calls.. Its a fraud. I want my money back.. Plzz everybody who has faced this book a case against them so that their fraudness will no longer run... Trace their no. As soon as possible...

I saw the add of shopkins of garments on facebook and ordered a dress on 6th april 2019. It's not delivered yet. I have been trying to contact them but no use. I did the the card payment. I want the product or the money back. I even sent them a mail but no response. The order no was 30553. That time there sight was working, but now i not able to access it.

I placed an order on their website on 01 apr 2019. The website said it will be delivered in 12-14 days. My order was still processing. I called up the company, they said it will be delivered soon. Then they ask my atm pin & ph no after that when i refuse to tell the atm pin, they ask my ph no after that they debit 5000 frm my account. I then came across complaints about similar websites which all have the same office address in vadodara: office no: 23 to 29, seven seas, gorwa road, opp, alembic rd, vadodara, gujarat 390023.

They scam people by having clothes for really cheap that tempt people into buying, and then take online payment and deactivate the phone and email. The customer service number is no longer reachable.

My order no is 23878. I have an order of rs 790 that i want refunded. Pls refund my amount from my bank5000 rs.

I had placed an order with the company shopkin from the website shopkin.in for 350 rupees on 28th March, 2019 and i was supposed to receive my product by 11th April. After placing my order., i also got a call from a no. Where a person claimed that he was calling from Shopkin . He assured me that I'd be receiving my product by 11th April, 2019. I Never received the product . The website now is not available anywhere. Even their numbers are gone. I need a refund. I want immediate action towards such fraud companies.

Sir, i had seen the add of shopkin in my fb page. I use to purchase online from many online site. When i saw the add of shopkin i liked its porducts. So i ordered 4 kurtis worth rs.1604.00. I made payment via my irctc sbi credit card. The amount is shown debited to "rakeshbhai k vekariya surat in". I received a reference number of #34075 and was asked to wait for 10-12days for product delivery. As per the sms received for any querry, i was asked to contact following contact number [protected] and email id shopkin.[protected]@gmail.com. Contact number is not working. I had sent mail on 27/04/19 for which i didnt received any response. I neither got the product nor money is refunded. Kindly help.

I placed an order in shopkin website about a month ago. It said the product will be delivered within 10-12 days but not yet delivered. Initially it was showing that the order is processing but now the website is not open only and showing error or the website does not exist.. Later i came to know that i am not the only person who has gone through this harassment there

But yet i have not received my order i got confirmation on 7 april from shopkin order is confirmed you will get 0rder till 13 april. Later they number are switch off. They are just collecting money online with out delivering any product and no response after receiving the amount. I had purchased a women's top from shopkin.in on the 28th of march and have still not received the product. I had received a call immediately after informing me that the product will reach me by the 12th or april, 2019. However, the product has still not been delivered. Neither have i been provided with a order number or customer care number to follow it up.

I have already paid for the order. The payment was made though razorpay and the payment id is payment id: pay_ccg2zeozpqlkiu.
Please help in getting a refund.

I have ordered and payed for kurti combo from facebook.. On 12th april 2019.. The online payment was already done.. Still not got my order.. As it was not having any cash on delivery.. I have to order it paying the amount.. After that i did'nt get any kind of confirmation messege or calls. As we always get messege after every online payment. I have ordered a product on shopkin on 27th march with order number 17041 but i dint receive delivery or refund it has been more than 25 days and the number provided by the shopkin is out of service and website is completely fake i want my refund back or product atleast. I have been called more than 30 times and hav mailed them many times i dint get any response from it.

However, there hasn't been any communication with them. The mobile number provided has been out of service and they aren't responding to my mails.
They spam people by setting their prices extremely low and then vanishing into thin air. Their site does not have an option for jumpsuits anymore too.

I paid rs 535 and i need it refunded back to me.

I had see the advertisement of SHOPKIN on Instagram of beautiful women clothing. I had placed an order on 3rd April, 2019 and payment was made online that time itself . Same day after placing the order I had received a message and call for confirming that product will be delivered within 12-15 days. It’s been 20 days today and I haven’t received the product, not any message updating of what has happened with the order. I tried calling on the number I had received on message, it’s says it’s currently unavailable and so does the other num provided on the site.

Please see how these fraud companies has been making money out of people who shop online. Because of people like them these days it’s difficult to trust which site is real or fake. Please see if the money can be refunded back or atleast the people behind the site should be caught so that they don’t fool anymore people.

I ordered a lehenga on 3rd april 2019. They texted that i will receive the order within 12 to 13 days. But there is no further update of my order. And i have done online transaction for my order. And now when i open that site it does not open. I have been writing email to that company for long and there is no reply and the contact number they provided is out of service.

I ordered through their website a jumpsuit of rs 360. I haven't received the product yet and probably will never be receiving it. It's a fraud company. They have also deleted their website. Please look into the matter. I want my money back from those cheaters. They have duped a lot of people. We should not let go this easily. Please have a look on this matter on priority basis. Also, they have a lot of similar websites such as vista clothes etc. Please solve our concern as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 saree from shopkin.in, i have paid the amount rs.990 and also got a confirmation msg, but still haven't got the product delivered. Kindl

I have placed an order on date 01.04.19 along with payment by net banking also but still date not received any persal/item. Being order no.#25092. We receive a message from company on regarding despatch also but yet to receive the package. The company not responding my mail and telephone call in this regard kindly help me and take action against the company.

Hallo sir maine 10 april ko 3 kurti ke liye order kiya tha. Amount 1229₹ to kat liye but kuchh nahi bheja na hi amount vapas kar rahe hai help me. Agar customer care ko phone karti hoo to no suspended batate hai. Mail karti hoo to koi jawab nahi dete hai. Mujhe apne paise vapas chahiye. A isi co. Par to koi action hona hi chahiye. Logo ko thag rahe hai. Hame apni amount vapas chahiye.

I have seen about shopkin add on facebook and ordered a dress worth 520/- rupees through onine payment on 4th april. The payment got successful and i received a message that my order will be dispatched in 12 to 14 days.. Till now i did not get my order and the number that they gave is invalid. Please help us and take a strict action against these cheaters.

I had placed an order on 29th of March, 2019 and till date not received that product.
My Product order number is #20080 having 3 clothes in it of Rs 1200 in total and moreover neither this SHOPKIN site is showing on website instead some children toys & clothes site is showing with the same name. I want refund or the clothes.

I ordered jump suits from shopkin and was told it’ll be delivered within 12 days and after 16 days i emailed them to which they reverted saying will receive it by 9th april 2019. Today is 18th april and still no word from them or any kind of refund for order not being delivered. I keep mailing them but no revert. Their number is also not reachable or working. This is very unfair. Kindly help me with this. I’d like my refund.
