Hello Team,
I had placed an order for Vivo Y50 on 6-Oct-2020. The tracking mail shows " Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." but when I login to the website it shows as Fulfilled on 8-Oct-2020. I have not received the product yet.
Insipte of sendind emails repeatedly, I ve no response from the team.
Could you please help me with the status of this and also when will the product be delivered?
