I had placed an order for Vivo Y50 on 6-Oct-2020. The tracking mail shows " Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." but when I login to the website it shows as Fulfilled on 8-Oct-2020. I have not received the product yet.

Insipte of sendind emails repeatedly, I ve no response from the team.br...

I have purchased 3 Vivo Y50 mobiles in cost of 2299 in Facebook which is advertised by ShopKin.Online almost 45 days ago. But I did not received product from them and not even get proper updates from them. I need product or refund my money soon. They are very very frauds but Facebook supported them without about their knowledge. I am very disappointing with Facebook company also. Any way I need product or refund my money soon....

I shopped for rs. 897 from the website. I didn't get any order confirmation mail or any other communication from the company. But i did get a call from someone confirming if i have ordered clothes from their website. He informed me saying that the order will take 15 or more days to deliver so i should have patience. This is the conversation i had the day i placed my order.

I was told that they will get delivered on saturday which was 13/04/19
However, there is nothing that i have received.
I used the guest login and hence dint register. Now i can't even track the orders bcz neither the website is working nor are the numbers which were earlier available. I was called by[protected] to confirm one of the orders which is not working now....

I ordered on 1st april, 2019. Order id - #24512.
I placed order worth rs. 299. They promised to deliver in 12-14 days. When i did not get my order, i asked them by writing mails. They replied to few and upon further enquiry, they stopped replying.
Their website is also shut down.
Their number is not available since always.
They are operating under the company team vistaclothes which is also doing cheating consumers...

I placed an order with shopkin.in of a kurti on April 12th, 2019 for 390 rupees. I cannot find the official website anywhere. My order hasn't been delivered either. Could you please look into the matter?
Moreover, everyone on the Google has an opinion that the website is fake.
I'd be grateful if you could get the product delivered or refund the money....

I had placed an order for a jumpsuit dress on march 24 and haven't received my order yet. It was a black coloured dress. The order was placed through instagram and it mentioned to be a prepaid order. After the order being placed, i had received a call as well asking about the order confirmation. The payment was made using debit card via razorpay. Later, i couldn't find anything about this company online. It's most probably a fraud company...

I placed an order with shopkin.in after seeing the ad on facebook as i thought facebook will never endorse something fake but after making a payment and confirming the order they have not been responding to calls and their customer service number is not reachable.
They are a fake company and something should be done. I have seen many similar complaints about this in different sites...

Same case happened with me too. I ordered a top on march 27 whose expected delivery was supposed to be on 9th april and by now there is no any response from shopkin.in i have tried several times to contact them via contact support and emails but there is no any response and now the website dont even exist on the internet. I want my money back. Please suggest me some solution to get my money back...

I ordered two items worth around 900 and have my payments made also. But day after that i am unable to open the page nor am i getting any delivery or processing messages of the order. Confirmation mail from razor pay has been received, i tried sending mail to razor pay to refund my money. They have given me a ticket no. But so far no reply from their side also. I placed an order with the company for 2 dresses on the 3rd of april and received an confirmation from them for the same. I was told i'd receive my order within 12-13 days, i emailed them regarding the order and received a mail back saying my order would be delivered by the 9th of april. I had ordered a dress worth Rs. 349. A jumpsuit.. had ordered it on 29th March, 2019, haven't got any confirmation or delivery till date.. I want the product or money refunded ASAP!! I have ordered my product on 23rd march and by now i should've received my product, but it looks like a fraud.
They have purposely kept their phone not operational and they don't care to respond on emails too.
In short, this is teaching us not to use e-commerce websites and don't buy products online. That faith is lost now.
