Shopkipers — product I received was not I ordered

I ordered a fastrack watch with code no. Ng6093sm01c analog watch for women with a price of rs.599 and i ordered on 26/10/2017 at 12.53 pm. You placed my order with an order no. Of #[protected] and was a cash on delivery order. Unfortunately i was not there to receive the courier. The product delivered was not the ordered one. The product code of the received one is sand10017265 and the delivered date was 28/10/2017. Kindly please provide the ordered fastrack watch having same code and price. Kindly make it as soon as possible to the same address which i had given when ordered. I tried to call them but that number was switched off and am not getting their site too.
