Shopmoyo — product not received after payment

I have placed order rupees of 5198 and did online payment through my credit card, still i didn't received product from this company, sent email and try to contact their customer support team, no response- updating like contact during business hours entire day, Unable to login also, requesting you kindly investigate and help to get back my amount .

I also complaint with my bank for investigation.please help me out of this.
