I have placed order for rayban goggle rb3025 through order no:- 7039 on 30.10.2017
Even for the same debited in my a/c rs.848.00 on 30.10.2017

But till date nothing received from shopmoyo.com
Please check at your end and do the needful at the most earliest

I am surprised that how shopmoyo continuously cheating the people and nothing has been done against this fake on line shopping company. This fake company still advertising it's fake products on line everyday.

I have ordered a watch on 1.10.17 through shop moyo (Order no:6772). The seller is brand bazar. Payment of rs.2899 also effected through debit card. So far not received the product. I send two mails in this regard but no response from your side. I hereby call upon you to refund my said amount forthwith failing which i will initiate legal steps and at that event you will be held liable for all the costs and consequences in this regard....

I tempted for the offer and ordered for ray ban sun glasses for rs 799/-, on 27/9/17 money had deducted from a/c on the spot just received a msg with order no 6719 which is unable to trace out in shopmoyo website itself & called the call center & e - mailed at given adress in site twice, there was no response but on 9/10/17 received the product which is duplicate & with no comparission as shown in the site. I have placed order rupees of 5198 and did online payment through my credit card, still i didn't received product from this company, sent email and try to contact their customer support team, no response- updating like contact during business hours entire day, Unable to login also, requesting you kindly investigate and help to get back my amount .

I also complaint with my bank for investigation.please...

Shopmoyo.com is a fraud and cheating company, they receive mony through net bank but they send only mesage with in five days but they send nothing they are very fraud and cheater please dont buy in this site my order no 6207 my status paidbrandbazaar

Me too a victim of this company as i had paid money through netbanking on date 15th august 2017. My products order no 6273 for skullcandy ear phone and a car lifter hydraulic jack for which i had paid rs. 1008 is still awaiting....

I have ordered a rado watch on 8th of aug by using my credit card but till yet neither i get any call or massage from shopmoyo wat happen to my order. I also try to make contact though call but it alwayz show the busy signal. So please let me knw about my order wen you deliver my watch.
Please send me my watch as sooon as possible as i am getting married and i have to wear tht watch on the lifetime occasion...

I have ordered a sunglass from a website shopmoyo.com and paid rs. 826 online. Money has been deducted form my account. They took the money and are not even replying to my mails or any messages. I tried to call the customer care given on their website but it automatically disconnects the call. Everything seems to be fake and made up. They have not even send me any product.

They do not even send me product also....

I had purchase rado watch order number 6023 after payment it is not sent the confirmation mail nor respond the customer care number had pay 3199 to them but no respond so far.
Kindly lookinto the matter as the are cheating indian public.
I want to my money back as they are not responding so far every day i am send mails to them but no response received from them...

I am Gaurav Ghosh recently I have ordered a Skullcandy earphones from shopmoyo as on 3rd March and I paid it online including delivery charges. It's has been more than a week till now I didn't any information about the product. I don't even know whether the product is been shipped or not. I ordered for table mate from shopmoyo on 26 th February. I did not receive the material
The problem is the helpline no [protected] is not at all working.
I am trying to contact them for the past three days the helpline no is not working and always it is under repair
Kindly confirm whether the company is real or defunct
