Respected Sir, I Kailash Jha ordered a mobile on shopnext1.com as comparing cost with other platforms and thought its reliable on 03rd dec 2019 but after making payment through phone pe and bank account amount got debited after that it said too add all contact details and everything was done it said payment successful and ordered placed and will be receiving in 7 working days. After 7 days tried contacting on 10th dec through calling this no. [protected]and they said ill be receiving in 7 working days and to wait for 3 more days and will dispatch it soon from bludart. Hoping that will receive in a day or two but no i again got doubt and called on given toll free customer care number [protected] someone answered and said will be receiving on 13th dec and i again waited for it. But till now not received and no email id of theirs to complaint or text message or even not picking call. Tried all sought things to do, product not received yet nobody picking call and line busy always and nobody answering for chat message, in my login account credentials of shopnext1.com its showing some other people's data and mobile purchasing i called up them and asked they too said same thing they too are waiting for their mobiles after making payments, all these they are doing fraud and accepting payments and not replying or sending any mobiles to anyone, below are all valid proof and screenshots. Please check and help as even many people are getting fooled and making payments and not receiving the products. Hoping for reply and solution as early as possible.
