Shopolics.com — defective product delivered

I had ordered a fabric of 5 metres from this website. On arrival of product l noticed that the fabric was sent in two parts of 4 metre and 1 metre. Also the 4 metre piece was torn at one place on the edge. I immediately took a picture of damaged product and informed the website [protected]@shopolics.com about this on 19th november and asked for return pickup and refund.
The phone numbers given on website are always switched off. After informing them on mail that l would complain legally, l got a mail on 21st nov that next day a person from delhivery courier would come for reverse pickup and after due process l would get my refund. Now even after 5 days nobody replies to mail and nobody was sent to collect reverse pickup from me.
I am now filing this complaint in the public domain for shopolics to send pickup person and start refund process. If they do not comply, the next step will be to file a consumer complaint in the consumer court at secunderabad. They cannot send defective fabric, then not respond, then bluff their way through for a week and force me to take this complaint forward.
They also operate by another website called fabartkraft.com. The numbers displayed there also do not work. It is clearly a violation of norms and rules of business and must be brought to light to the authorities. There is no address given on their website either causing doubt about their intent and professionalism.
