I have made payments amounting to Rs.19500/- to shoponindia.com on receipt of their offers over phone via credit card wherein they promised to send me a LED TV and Mobile phone along with some products . the products they sent were of dubious quality and one was damaged and the LED and Mobile phones have not been sent and it is over three months now and each time they keep extending the date of delivery.
