Shoponindia — For not receiving my product purchased through online | |||||
Dear sir, i buy a combo pack with (Sunglass, wolate, balt, shose, and watch) from shop on india online site in MAY 2015. I talk to company executive and they said to me that they offering me a combopack with laptop and a member ship card. In that membership card, first 3 product they are offering me in 90% discount and after that 50% discount in the electrionic product. When i paid online amount of rs. 140000/ - two instrallment (7999rs and 5999rs) they only sent me combo pack with combo. They didn't send laptop and membership card. several times I called them but everytime when I call they simply postponed the dates to another two months and finally they said both will send in february 2nd . till date no product received I request that kindly take necessary action to stop this kind of frauds by such companies and Was this information helpful? | |||||
