Shoponindia — Not send my insured gift (Laptop)

Dear sir, i buy a combo pack with (Sunglass, wolate, balt, shose, and watch) from shop on india online site in january 2015. I talk to company executive and they said to me that they offering me a combopack with laptop and a member ship card. In that membership card, first 3 product they are offering me in 90% discount and after that 50% discount in the electrionic product. When i paid online amount of rs. 7000 / - two instrallment (3000rs and 4000rs) they only sent me combo pack with combo. They didn't send laptop and membership card. I called them and they said both sent in february last. And than i call february last thansaid last march or april after financial year please sent me my insured gift laptop.
