Shoponindia — Product ordered was not delivered

I was called by a representative from shoponindia by the name Sumit who offered me a laptop for 8000/- with a membership card and some free gifts. Upon asking how they can afford to do so he mentioned that they membership card will provide heavy discount. Also to promote membership they offered 5 items as free gifts a pair of shoe, power bank, 2 belts (I received only one), wallet and a hair drier which was promptly sent. I was promised the delivery of the laptop with in 15 days however every time I called to enquire about it they kept saying that it will be delivered next month as the membership card is not processed. This has been happening for months together (sep'15) Today almost after 4 months they are now telling me that they don't owe me a laptop and what I have paid is for the free gift. There are a bunch of fraud guys and they keep telling different stories every time. Here is the link of what they were trying to sell.

I have all of their free gifts as it is in packed condition and I am willing to exchange for my 8K.
