I had ordered a teddy bouquet from a seller called shop onn from Kolkata. They were selling the product worth Rs. 1999 at a discounted price of Rs. 660. After I transferred the amount, they told me they'd deliver in 10-12 days. After about 25 days they're telling me my order won't be completed and told me to buy another product worth Rs. 660 and not Rs. 1999 without offering any discount that I had. The seller blatantly replied saying I have only two options whether to get a refund of Rs. 660 or store credit worth 660. After wasting 25 days and giving false expectations of the discount, they refused to sell me the product. They even told me once that they'd shipped the product and it should reach me within 2-3 days which was definitely a lie. Now what I want is for them to allow me to pick another product with the marked price of Rs. 1999 which they're denying. Kindly help.
