ShopOnn — have taken my money and not reverting to my calls now

I placed an order on 10april at 5 in the morning on this website called as shopon.in. I made online payment for the product of rupees 425. And i haven’t received the confirmation regaring the product ordered. So i called them that day only, they said i have to wait for 1 day. After one day i again called them as i had not received the confirmation, and now they are not picking up my phone calls. They keep their phone on busy mode or just cut the phone call.
They said the product get delivers in 3 days, it’s been 3 days haven’t even received confirmation. I want my money back. The order whoch i placed is not even showing on the website, it says no order history. I cannot even cancel the order. When i asked them to cancel my order, they were like you can cancel it yourself after received the confirmation. I have not received any confirmation.
