ShopOnn — I didn't receive the product

I have placed an order on[protected], but i didn't get any update regarding this till now. My order id is orn[protected]. Actual order dispach time is 2 days, but it was completed 15 days, i didn't receive any message/email/call regarding this placed order. I have attached the screenshot of the ordered product. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
