ShopOnn — Non supply of items and not refunding the amount

I ordered Ragi Biscuits and paid Rs 768/ to ShopOnn on the 24th October 2020. I received their acceptance immediately. Four days later i received a call from the ShopOnn that the items ordered are not available and i should order something else. Since I did not want anything else, I requested for the refund of the amount. Since the numbers given for the Customer care were not responded, I sent email. on 18th Nov I was asked to provide bank ac details which I sent on 19th Nov. As the refund was not made I requested again and on the 30th Nov they again assured me that they would refund the amount. When no refund was made i sent another mail on the 13Dec which has not been responded. I tried to call up the customer care but none picked up. I request that amount of Rs 768 be refunded to me.
