ShopOnn — refund for cancelled order

I ordered sparx shoe from your site with order id orn[protected]
On[protected] with price rs.1252/-. But that was cancelled on[protected] due to some unavoidable reasons. Till now i didn't get the refund for that order. They are not responding to mail and phone numbers. Please help me with this issue. Their website showing that the order was cancelled. But they didn't mention about refund.
