Such a useless site and useless customer service office situated in maharashtra. I sincerely plead that please don't purchase items from shoponn. This site is fraud, useless and mr. Amit gandhi is one of the worst person who does not know how to handle customers. Even from grievance officer there is no reply coming. I had ordered two items one umbrella and other havoc deo. They have send me umbrella which is worth not even rs.125/- and they are saying in website that it is worth mrp rs.1000/- which they are giving for rs.199/- and delivery charges also. But when the product came they changed the colour and the product is not even worth rs.125 or even less than that. Consumer complaints are being looked by ms. Neha and senior officer ms. Shruti but both don't know how to talk to customers. Both should be chucked out immediately. All fake site and youngsters are just coming for time pass in this organisation. Please don't purchase items for god sake from this site shoponn
