Sir, I have purchased from website www.shoppingneeds.in Order ID:6024- of 3 products Rs.681/- (1.Combo Black Label Knob Spinner & Door Guard, 2.Mobile Phone Holder + Self Fix+Warranty, 3. Two way Squeegee Spray Car/Window/Glass Cleaner) on[protected] & other purchased order ID:6026- of 6 products Rs.1092/- (1. Car MATS Transparent + Universal fitting + Washable + Warranty, 2. Car Blind Spot Convex Rear View Mirror - Black, 3.Car Reverse Safety Siren, 4. Car Sun Protect Shade Roller-Front+Self Fix+ Lowest Price+ Warranty, 5. i-pop Simple Silver Car Door Scratch Guard Protector Pack of 4 Free Shipping, 6. JP AUTOSHINER) on[protected]. They not delivered my product yet. I have submitted the complaint to the email provided by the www.shoppingneeds.in but they are not responding . I also tried their customer care contact number, which are provided on their website, they are not valid. What should I do kindly take any action. PFA the order details for your kind perusal, already given the payment through my Credit Cards. Thanks & Regards, Ummer Kutty

Guys, Shopping Needs - http://shoppingneeds.in/ is a fraud. Please do not purchase with them. I ordered some products worth INR 500. Order Number - Order ID: 10340 Date Ordered: 07/03/2015. They never dispatched it. I emailed them three times.Then, one day they emailed me that product is dispatched and gave me Dotzot tracking number. I checked for two days that tracking numbers was showing invalid. I emailed Dotzot. The courier company told me that there is no such docket with them.Shopping needs emailed to fraud number just to show that they are working. The fact is that they have not dispatched my product as yet.I emailed them 3-4 times. No reply.PLUSTheir contact number is always offline or on answering machine. I warn you all before purchasing.Regards, Aayush
