Hi, I have ordered a JBL power bank 6000 mah and i ordered it at 4 April 2015. But i still didn’t receive this. I just got their message that your order has booked and my order id is 14863. I didn’t get any email about shipping. then i called several times that i didn’t receive the tracking no of courier. So they replied we will call you.There is option of complain ticket in their website. I several time emailed them and launch new complain tickets. But they remove after 3-4 days without resolve the problem… my contact details are Pradeep Yadav [protected]…

I had ordered for your offer on power bank. It has been delivered but all duplicate items. C C Avenue customer reference #[protected] dt. 28/3/2015. I have complained twice by mail but no reply.
