Shopping2hub.com — I am complaining about non delivery of my mobile handset for which i have paid

I have ordered xiaomi-redmi note 3 on 26 sept16 from shopping2hub.com. The customer-care promised that delivery will be on friday 30 sept16. But i didnt recieved any product from shopping2hub.com. After calling them they are niether giving a response nor recieving the call. I have paid all the amount for device by debit card of total 7198 inr&amount. I tried to mail them but mail failed. Their number is [protected]. Please help me.

Updated by Mvivek On 26th sept 16. I had orderer a mobile name Xiaomi Redmi note 3. They said that it will be delivered by 30th sept 16.
There condition were to pay online. I did that through my debit card of amount 7198 INR.
Today on 30th sept they are not responding of calls. And the product is not deceiverd yet.
The shopping site's customer care said that the amount will be refund but there is no response out there.
I have mails nd call recordings as well for the proofs.
Please help me.
