Hi, My self Mehul, mob [protected]. Recently I have purchased a Sandhi sudha( made in saptarishi) from Shoppingadda.com. But I received fake ( complete duplicate made in Delhi) material. So I called to customer care of site to replace material. But response from their side was to delay my complain and just give me date and new date and new date. I called them form three times but still getting final conclusion to replacement. Even I send two time mail to them by t no any reply from their side. Please help me.
