Shoppingadda — Sent different product, does not refund money

I orderred “saptarishi sandhi sudha plus” on 5th jan on shoppingadda.com and amount credited to “discountexpress.in”. I got the product (order no 60475) on 11th jan. But the product is different. I ordered “saptarishi sandhi sudha plus” with govinda’s picture on the pack (Screenshots attached). But I received “herbacure sandhi sudha plus”. I called their customer care no '[protected]' on 12th Jan 2016 (Complaint no. : 6022). They assured me, they will contact with in 72 hours to resolve the problem. But they never call me. Today on 5Th Jan 2016 I again called them. Today also they told me, they will contact me with in 24 hours. In the mean time I also sent several email to '[protected]@shoppingadda.com'. But they never replied. So I request you please take strong action upon them.
