Shoppingjet Epay Kerala — Fraud related to sbi credit card (TATA CROMA)

Respected Sir/Madam,
On Tuesday (04-oct-2016) i received a call from land line numbers [protected], [protected] which said it's from visa & master credit card department and SBI card is going to discontinue rewards & my card will be replaced.
For the new card joining fee is Rs.7703 and i will be getting it back in the form of complementary gift. They asked me my card credentials i. e. OTP and CVV number for IVR & they made a transaction of Rs.7703 against shoppingjet_epaykerala. When I asked, they said its a SBI server name. After the call I called SBI card customer care and asked to keep the transaction on hold. The other numbers which they send as helpline number is [protected]. This number ([protected]) belongs to Mr Abhishek SBI from Delhi as per true caller app.
Can you please take an action on the transaction & that fraud merchant as it is a fraudulent one and revert the amount to my credit card?
I already blocked my Credit Card.
Today i.e. on 06-oct-2016, I received the call from [protected] (Radhika Dixit) & the person asked me to send them email for sending to authorisation for above mentioned transaction which they already made.
I need your assistance, please help me in getting back my money.
