Shoppingmell.com — I've purchased 2 items and I'm not seeing the website anymore

Hi I have the same issue. Bought 4 items, and got a mail confirmation. But the website is not reachable since 2 days. I hope it's not a fraudulent site. Have already made payments.

Same here. I bought 1 item. Received order confirmation email but haven't received my item. It's been 11days now. And link in the confirmation email to their website gives same error that server not working. There is no contact info except for an email id. I have written 2 emails to them but no response.

individually our items is small but this website might have cheated many people like us
we need to find get our money back.

I've bought cloth item from the website shoppingmell.com. But now when I try to track the items, it is saying that the website is not available. I've paid the amount already. They have sent me mail on confirmation of the items bought. When I click on the view order link in the mail, it is taking me to a page where it is saying that the server is not available or the website is not present.

Request you to kindly ban this kind of website whose chitting public.

I purchased 1 ítem on 1st Dec and i have not received the item yet and also no reply.I think that is a fraud webside.
These type os site should not be opened.

I've bought two cloth item and one purse from the website shoppingmell.com three days earlier. Hi all, I plan to lodge a proper police complain regarding this. But I want urge all the others as well . I think the same fraud site has resurfaced with a different name.

Please do a former complaint, individually the amount might not be much, but lot o[censored]s has been duped.

The new website launched having same items firstpurchse.com check it out.

I also order from sopping mell I didn't get the parcel I ordered on Dec 2 2020 and paid amount .. it's too much cheating . it's a fraud one ..I want my cash back

Hi All, after taking suggestions from another grievance forum, I had logged a complaint at the National Consumer Helpline.

I followed their instructions and it took about 2weeks, the company has refunded the amount back.

I suggest you all to do the same.
