NON RECEIPT OF ORDERED ITEM- ORDER NO.7539 and 7548 Sir, I placed order for 01 laptop of Rs 1999 and one i-pad of Rs.999 on 19 may 15 against the above Order number and the money was also deducted from my account. When I paid the amount at the time of placing the order I had received the message that my item would be delivered in next seven days . Where as, till now, I have not received the item. Kindly look into this to deliver my item in time. When contacted the complaint cell, I was informed that it was a CONTEST AND your name didn't came in contest .so will not get the products. but at the time of shopping they told me that for company promotion we are selling on offer price and once you purchased your product will be delivered in next seven days. i have all the conversation recording . .Till date, i.e. 01 Aug 15, I have not received the item. Please initiate action to refund my amount. Or else, I would be forced to launch a campaign against these bogus companies recommended by shoppingnsaving.com. subodh kumar [protected]
