[Resolved] Shoppingoutlet.in — my order is not getting cancelled.

I had ordered 2 products for rs. 248 + whatever the cod charges are applied. But the website shows the same 2 products 10 times and my payment comes out to be 1940. I cannot find options for cancellation on the website so i tried calling the customer service but i didn't get any response from their end too. If the delivery boy comes and asks for the payment of 10 items, i will only be liable to pay for the 2 products that i genuinely ordered then. It is so sad to say that your services are very poor. I ordered a headphone from shopping outlet bearing order no. 40116703.Only one side of the headphone is working so I informed them about the problem by email but they are not replying & their contact numbers are switched off.
