I placed an order no 371 dated 19.06.2015 with full payment through netbanking. I have recvd necessary receipt from the company through mail. Though they promised to despatch within 3-4 days, till now there is no news from the company. My mails to the company are nor getting attended. Can the delivery of the products expedited or company may refund the money. I have paid rs. 4999/ for a item under combo offer as available in their site. Pl help me.
