I Shubhangi Butala purchased a microwave from shop cj. Then i got a call from shopping promotions([protected]) and told me i am lucky winner and asked me to choose item between I phone, Dell laptop and LG TV . I selected Laptop and on 27 th December i paid 3000 by paytm to no ([protected]) as security deposit for winning laptop . it was promised that laptop will reach in 4 days.
on the next day once again got a call and told me that I shoiuld pay 6600 as tax. I once again paid 6600 by way of Paytm to ([protected]).
After some time they called me and told to insure the product and again I paid 2200 for insurance.
I did not get the product so i called them .They said the product was seized by police and i need to pay VAT of rupees 4500 . I paid by PAYTM to no [protected].
next day told me that the problem is not resolved so i said please give my money back.
They cancelled the gift and promised to pay my money to me in 20 days as per company rule . They said i will get my money on 24 th Jan. . Today it is 25 th Jan.. but i have not received my money . i am trying to call them they are sending busy tone. Please do needful and give my money back

We have purchased 10 nos bed #### from shopping promotion and there is a lucky draw and i am selected for laptop.so We have diposite 10000 in SBI bank A/C no.[protected], A/C name:Amir ahead, IFSC code:SBI0010173 for laptop(gift).company provided invoice for the same but till date we can not received laptop, also all company employee mobile is either switch off or out off coverage area and mobile no. are [protected],...

I have received call from [protected] and [protected] stating we are launched our website, for promotion purpose we are giving assured gifts to the selected customers and they explained all combos.

i have selected combo-3 and i paid 4, 999/- rupees. to below are their bank details.

i am here to your kind notice that the Product(Apple Iphone 5s gold+one reebok shoes and one Bag)for which i have paid Rs 3000+Rs6700 respectively
haven't received for last 2 months.months. Whenever i call for the information about my product they give me next date of delivery. And now they don't even attend my phone call as well. Its very strange that i have mailed them the same but no reply received till yet. Please help me as soon as possible.

I received call from company they told that they are promoting company and for that you will got assured gift and I got email also for this I purchased acording and paid 5000/- after that they told that you are selected in gold book contest and you have to pay certain amount for indurance etc & I paid amount acording to them in different slots but they are not giving anything my product or my amount

Registered complaints are not getting attended. My order #371 dated 19.6.2015 has not been executed not the advance money has not been refunded. Company is taking all for granted and is operating only to cheat public by collecting money and not supplying products.

A call from No. [protected] received by me on 28/07/2015. A person named Mr. Prabhat Shukla intimated me that your No. is selected for gift by our website www.shoppingpromotionindia.com. He said if I purchase a product cost Rs. 4000 or more then a gift is given to me. I deposited Rs. 4700 in the account of Climax Consultants (their channel partner). Then again a call came to me from a No. [protected] by Mr. Lakshaya from dispatch department who told me that I have to submit Rs. 11990 more to get my product. At first, nobody told me about that.

I had placed an order no 656 dated 24.07.2015 with full payment through NEFT. I have not recvd any receipt or confirmation from the company also when ever i tried to call them they are not picking up the calls. From last so many days i am daily sending them the mails but no one is responding. Can the delivery of the products expedited or company may refund the money. I have paid rs. 4999/ for a item under combo offer as available in their site. Pl help me. i am really fed up as no response from the company.

This is the cheating company.. Though its our responsibility to not get cheated.. I somehow failed to make decision.. I am sending this complaint that in future no one should be in the situation what I am in now.. I placed an order and they have sent order confirmation and all.. But product wasn't delivered.. There was no proper phone number exist to contact them.. So I sent mail, After that a person called and asked you need to pay another 11, 990 rupees to avail your product.. When I say, I couldn't pay that money, he simply said then we can not deliver your product.. So I said, then You can refund my money.. He again said, thats not possible. He even said.. If you want you can raise complaint.. These people are really cheaters.. I dont know, How they got permission to do online business. This is for the fourth time I am giving this complaint. In one of onlinemshopping site namely " shoppingpromotionindia.com", I had placed an order for item no. Com bo 3 on 19.06.2015 with full payment of Rs 4999 thr their EBS Gateway. I got necessary receipt also from the company which I have attached for ready reference. Order no as per this receipt is # 371. I have not got the products so far. On contacting one of the cell no as given by the company I was asked to pay further amount of Rs 11990 for delivery of products. I got vey suspecious and did not remmit further funds. I was to pay this additional amount to some other company by name CLIMAX CONSULTANTS having account in Yes ban at Noida, sector 27. This requirement has come through sms from cell no. [protected]. All the details of party address, cell no are given below. Party address as per site: C-56, 2nd floor, Mayur Vihar phase 2, Prathapnager- 110092, New Delhi. Phone no.[protected]. Cell nos [protected], [protected], [protected]. Climax consultants: Yes bank, sect 27, NOIDA YES000085, ACCOUNT NO. [protected]. Now I want my money back i.e. Rs 4999. I can not trust this party anymore.

In one of the online shopping site namely " shoppingpromotionindia.com", i placed an order for item code combo 3 comprising, music system, vip bag and shoe with assured gift at a price of rs 4999. The full payment was done through net banking on 19. 06. 2015. The contact address given in the site is c - 56, second floor, mayur vihar phase 2, prathapnagar, new delhi 110092. Tel [protected]. Cell no [protected], [protected]. The order no asper the receipt # 371 and a copy of the receipt issued by the company is enclosed.

No news so far on despatch of products. It appears to me that this company is fraud. No one is responding to the calls or the mails sent to the company.

On 19.06.2015, I placed an order on shoppingpromotionindia.com with full payment through net banking for item code Combo 3. Even after 10 days there is no news from the company. Mails are not attended. The amount paid was Rs 4999. This is one of the online shopping site and the contact address as given in the site is: C-56, 2nd floor, Mayur Vihar phase 2, Pratap nagar, New Delhi 110092. Phone no. [protected]. This tele no.is not functioning. My contact with the telephone provided by them is not properly providing response Payment receipt issued by the company is attached. In case you need any further information, I will be glad to provide the same on hearing from you.
