Shoppingsworld.com — product not received

I ordered Microwave Convection of IFB 25 lit. when Rahul Mishra phoned me on behalf of Shoppingsworld.com on 21st May, 2015 from[protected]. He also offered assured gift of Android phone. But till day they have not delivered the product. Nobody is responding when i contacted them several times.
