We have purchased a domain as shoppingsworld.com on 26th August 2021 from godaddy.com. But, here I can see false comments about shoppingsworld.com, and comments are from past 2-3 years. This domain may be purchased by someone else before and these all comments belongs to them, not ours! So, it's a humble request to not count these false comments. because all complaint filers belongs to India and we do not operate in India.

My name is suryadev pradhan, live in bhubaneswar. I got a call from +[protected] on 22jun 15 by a representative of shoppingsworld.com & told me that you are nominated on our selected member i really confused & told him when you got my contact no & he replied that you are online purchase holder & we company lunched newly with customer best service. Then after he told me that there is offer for you if you will do shopping of more than rs. 3000 then you will get a chance of getting assured gift. He gave me offers like first prize as led tv, second prize as i3 laptop, third prize as holiday package and fourth prize as samsung core 2 duos. He made me fool by his polite wordings. So, i trapped in his plan. He be fooled me. He made me convince to purchase a product. So i ordered havells orion 1200mm 72-watt ceiling fan (Brushed nickel) of rs. 3500 by using shoppingsworld site (Clicked ebs payment which is govt. Approved as per company representative voice). I filled the form having address, e-mail id, phone no like options. After this i reached at the payment page where i paid 3500 by using my icici net banking. (Ebs payment id : 38470149, merchant reference number : 6002, amount : 3500.00) after that they assured that the product will reach in a week & gift prize will be reached within a month on my address. But did not yet received any product as well as any gift till now.Initially they have received two times my call on given no.[protected] & assured to reach on the time frame. But while calling on that no., no one get pick the call as i am suffering the problem since a month. That was my whole story. I want to my money back from fraud company. Kindly help for solving my problem..

Sir I have been cheated by Shoppingsworld people from Rahul Mishra, Soniya, Abhimanyu on the name of shopping orders & contest. They asked me to pay Rs.2000/- I will get assured gift and it can be swipe. I took 4000/- worth Electric tandoor & I won holiday trip I said no then they told instead of trip it can swipe to TV, led, iPhone etc, difference amount have to pay, then I ordered Samsung led TV 40" then I paid 29000/- difference through hdfc credit card. Then they told Rahul Mishra & Abhimanyu that my orders linked with the contest which has to play & they asked me to pay Rs.14000/- & the benefit amount will be 350000/- then they forced me to pay 115000/- in the form of joining fees 24000/-, document fees 20000/- UDID generation charges: 26000/- Account addition fees: 30000/- IT charges: 15000/- all are separately paid by me. Those all transactions I have done during April 2015, May, June, July, Aug & Oct 2015. They told me the benefit amount I will be getting in the month of May 2015 & October 2015 but nothing has come to me. Kindly help me out on getting back my money. Thanking you. They said that I have been seen as a continuous customer to different sites and they got my mobile no. from internet and as it is a promotional deal so if i shop of above 2000 Rs, I would be given a valuable discount along with an assured gift from the following 1. samsung tv 32 inch 2. dell laptop dual core 3. MAHINDRA trip india out of india 4. SAMSUNG MICROMAX galaxy I ordered for a saree. I did not received my product.even after 10 days so i called them again and again more than 150 times on Cont. No. :[protected]. Out of which i could contact them for about 3 times. On 30th june I had a talk with their senior employee (she called herself so) who refused for my cashback and instead she replaced my order with induction cooktop + holiday package. Then I received a confirmation mail which also said "All other terms and conditions mentioned in Our website will remain the same. Please signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions by signing this confirmation email and returning it to me with in 12 -24 hrs, unless we will not receive the confirmation email from you order will not processed & automatically it will be cancel." So I didn't responded and requested for a refund on 5th July which not paid till date.

They gave me a offer as all are saying... and after 2 months i regard for refund but till now they did not take any action... i ordered on 6th june... my refund amount is around 20000... please help me and take action against them... they all are fraud... they gave me 2 number.. Sir i got received the calls from mr rajinder and ms kriti sharma, on behalf of shoppings woprld.com, i had ordered products on 7, 9july 2015 and made payment by debit card, products Bosch drill machine, panasonic led, samsung microwave oven and 12 pieces cookware set, . by several calls noone responding and now there numbers coming switch off and site also not opening. once got the they sent the products by professional courier and provided me wrong docket number. till today i had not received the products and paid already about 40000rs. please look into matter. this site making fraud i guess and making people fool and grabbing there money. regards \dr vk goel mob [protected]

He told me that he got my name and mobile number from internet. He asked to me “Do you do online shopping”, I said “yes”. Then after he told me that there is offer for you if you will do shopping of more than Rs. 2000 then you will get a chance of getting assured gift. He gave me offers like first prize as i3 Laptop, second prize as Jewellery Set, third prize as iPhone 5 and fourth prize as Samsung Core 2 Duos. He made me fool by his polite wordings. So, I trapped in his plan. He befooled me. He made me convince to purchase a product. So I ordered samsung mobile phone of Rs. 3450/- (http://shoppingsworld.com/handblader.aspx) by clicking shop now button. After that I reached at http://shoppingsworld.com/pay1.aspx where I filled the form having address, email id and phone no like options. After this, I reached at the payment page where I paid Rs. 3450 with my PNB credit card. Then after, I reached at an error page, on other hand the guy was online with me on phone. When I asked him that it went to an error page, he said we received your payment and your payment id is 39131078. He said that now I am transferring your call to another representative and you have to tell him your payment id and after that he will announce that what you won. Then after a other man came on the call. he said that you won Jewellery set which is worth amount of rs 10000/. I said OK. but they said u can swap this gift with another gift.I said no but he conveyed me to swap this gift to APPLE I phone 4s 16gb and asked me to pay difference amount(product price -gift price) I trapped in his plan. He befooled me and i paid Rs. 6400/- by using the same steps above with my MASTER CARD STATE BANK OF INDIA Then after, I reached at an error page, on other hand the guy was online with me on phone. When I asked him that it went to an error page, he said we received your payment and your payment id is 39133056.After payment he said that i will receive both the product in one week. But till now, I did not get anything invoice no. from them on mail id or mobile no. I googled abt the site n came to know its a fraud and When I tried to call them on +[protected] many of times, but that no. is showing invalid and i called on customer care no +[protected] and asked them to return my money back but till now not received money in my account and now they are saying do whatever you want but they will not refund my money. after some day i call again then they told me they will refund till 20aug but now their all no are going switch off I want my money back. So, I trapped in his plan. He befooled me. He made me convince to purchase a product. So I ordered HP Printer-1510 Series worth RS. 2200/ by clicking shop now button. After that I reached at http://shoppingsworld.com where I filled the form having address, email id and phone no like options. After this, I reached at the payment page where I paid RS. 2200 with my SBI net banking. Then after, I reached at an error page, on other hand the guy was online with me on phone. When I asked him that it went to an error page, he said me that i received your payment and your payment id is 37067033. He said that now I am transferring your call to another representative and you have to tell her your payment id and after that she will announce that what you won. Then after a lady came on the call. She said that you won Holiday Package (international/domestic). I said OK. Then she said you’ll get a verification call for your purchase within 2 minutes and she also said me that if you are not satisfied to gift then you can swapped it and I said how? Then she said you can swapped minimum to maximum not maximum to minimum prices. Then I said OK. I want swapped it with mobile phone. After it she offered me Samsung galaxy s4 mini. The mobile phone price is Rs.17000.and she said that first you will be paid around Rs.5000. actually first she the price of the Holiday Package(international/domestic) is Rs.12000. and i paid amount Rs.5000 and I paid Rs.5000 in two times first Rs.2000 and second Rs.3000.the payment id is37078909 and 37112608 respectively. SO THE TOTAL PAID BY MY AMOUNT IS Rs.7200. When I tried to call them on +[protected] many of times and no anybody pick up my call. Whenever somebody receive the call. he/she always says that your that product canceled because of some problem but he/she didn't tell me what problem/reason for cancellation and he/she says that we are dispatched your product again. Don't worry. And I also send many mail for this. SO TILL AUGUST 2015 (20/08/2015) I did not get anything invoice no. from them on mail id AND I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT... So please find such a fraud who is doing this kind of FAKE activity to their customers. Try to help me. That was my whole story. So, please help me out. I want my money back. WHAT should I do now If somebody have faced the same problem. Please share with me and support me. And take strong action... today i received a call from above no. that my laptop and wallet is in carga . need to pay deliver charges 200. then i asked him give me prosess i will trasfer the same. suprisingly he asked my card number for ivr transfer . then from my card money gone two times 5070 and 2040. then he called me any will trsfer the amount to your bank give me your atm card number . then i given card then he will charged 2040 again,
its clerly cheating . he is saying that i am transferring your amount but technical issue may be debited . in few minuets amount will be reversed
insted of laptop wallet i loosed above informed money .
i dont requuired laptop and wallet i required 23500 and above said three payments back

After reading all complaints and reviews and talk to many complainer...on mobile. i have no faith on this portal...and in simple words I want my money back... if they dont i am ready with filling a F.I.R. in Cyber-cell S.P. Office, Indore Police. Please do the needful on urgent Basis...
