Shoppingsworld.com — Products booked online on 17th june not received even after a month and no response from office

Hello, Writing this email with great hopes on online consumer greviences services, that i had booked from electronic products like powerbank, bluetooth on june 17th from an online shopping site called shoppingsworld.com, they had a seven days TAT for product delivery, but however there is no products received yet from there office and there no listed on the website is also not valid, i have email conversation between both o[censored]s regarding the same and recorded phone conversation, please help me get my products and make sure they dont cheat any customer like this in future.
