Shopquikr.com — Non receipt of item | |||
I have placed order for one leather belt at Shopquikr.com and the cost of same Rs.499/- plus shipping charges of Rs.70/- (Total Rs.569/-) was paid on 30th May 2015 and the same has been acknowledged by them as Order No:5237 on 30th May 2015 itself. But so far I have not received the product yet and they have replied for my first 2 emails on 6th and 16th June 15 and assured me that the product would be received within 4-6 days time. Thereafter, even though I sent several mails there is no reply from them. In between I tried to contact over phone and they attended for the first 2 times and replied that the product would be dispatched immediately. Thereafter whenever I call the phone is switched off or busy or out of coverage area or no response. Now there is no response for my e-mails and phone calls and also I have not yet received my product till date. I would be most grateful, if you could kindly arrange to do the needful.
