I am a resident of shiv sagar apts next to vijaysale s. V. Road borivali. Dogs menace is increasing every day. They run after kids, and running passer by their barking has made sleep difficult in night. Please look into the matter and i would request for a dog van as soon as possible. Catching hold of them at day time would may be a great idea
