Shopsy — Fraud seller Cheating customers by sending incomplete product

I ordered Ant Esports KM1610 LED keyboard and mouse, it was a combo product on 19th of July and paid full amount of ₹784. It was delivered on 23rd of July. Order id OD[protected]. I opened the box and found only the keyboard and not the mouse. The mouse was missing. I called the customer service and told them about the issue and requested for a replacement. I raised my concern on the same day. But the customer service people were not very friendly about resolving the issue. After complaining and calling them 5 times they said they will give me a resolution after 3 days that is 26th of July, but the date is already crossed and they did not send me any updates neither they called me. Just a simple replacement request was not approved by them. They are so mean and want to harass the customer in every possible way. My purpose of ordering went in veins. My efforts, money and patient all were lost. A handful of puppets sitting in customer service doing mimicry, they just want to drive away customers anyhow, because they know that every time the customer calls, someone else will pickup the call. Shopsy which is run by Flipkart is one of the biggest fraud platform. There is no security for customer's and their money. Once it's gone, its gone for ever. I have seen people raising their grievances in the review section, because they don't know where to complain, and this website is taking full advantage of that. Amazon is 1000 times better and safe, but this product was not available in Amazon so I had to order it from Shopsy by Flipkart. They have done this type of harassment to me before also. Replacements/ refunds are very difficult here. The seller is RetailNet which is a fraud and Flipkart is supporting this fraud seller more, than to believe in their customers. I even asked them to do open box delivery but they did not put any importance. The consumer protection Act does not apply in their platform and they do whatever they want. Even Meesho is better than this Shopsy. I am looking forward for justice, i have high hopes from you. I want to bring this out in front of people so that they know the truth before they order, so that they dont have to suffer.Everyday 1000's of customer's are being cheated like this.
