I orders a sling bag but I received the other bag which is not as shown in the image.I asked to return the product as its is not the same but they said the product is all about black sling bag but not the product shown.that doesn't mean they can send anything. I want a replacement or refund as its waste of my money

Got wrong product
I had ordered for some other rakhi but another rakhi was delivered to me. There was no return policy on my product but it is wrong to deliver the wrong product.

But In my order section it is showing that your order has been delivered.
I don't know how is it possible? I haven't shared ky OTP with anyone else and without providing my OTP how the hell my order got delivered!

Sir, I've ordered 9 Nos. of Attractive Trendy Stylish Casual Cute Girls College School Bags 25 L No Backpack (Grey) on 21.04.2023, out of which only one bag delivered on 29.04.2023. I've asked about the remaining 8 bags with the Flipkart delivery boy (his mobile No.[protected], he told remaining 8 bags will be delivered by other Flipkart delivery boy. Of late, I noticed that after sharing OTP with the delivery boy, it shows all the bags delivered to me on 29.04.2023 itself. I've complained several times & spoke to the Flipkart persons. But, so far the problem is not solved. Again, it shows in the order details that my issues regarding 9 bags are resolved on different dates. Flipkart is neither delivered remaining 8 bags nor refunded my amount and is least bother about to solve my problem. So, I think that Flipkart is cheating this way to its customers. I will lodge complaint in the consumer court also.

I ordered product listed on shopsy grass doormat 1+1 free. Today I received a fake product which is cheap and not listed in shopsy. The order is totally different with no return policy which is not matched with original product. When I clicked on product I received, it redirected me to the original product which has 3 days return policy. No customer care help no response. The seller is unknown and no rating provided....

The seller is fraud. He is looting people. Please take strict action against him. Fake product is delivered in broken packages after charging for original product.

I too received fake product while showing original product in my order list. When try to connect got no response. Original product is having return policy and product I received has no return policy. Who is the seller don't know

It's been a one month ago but didn't receive my product yet. Taking as much as follows ups I take, requested for a call since the delivery date passed away getting so much calls from the Flipkart site but everyone is just giving the ### comments buy getting no response from any one delivery date was maybe 8/9 but today is 04/07/23 still didn't receive the product I don't know how much this will also HELP but I will it...

I am not get my order but customer service representative told to me order was delivered.I don't get any information like msg or delivery boy call . where is my order how to get that .ofter conversation with support team they neglected replays they don't enquiry for that order .if can understand reply me where is my order how to get this. really this is bad experience to this app don't like this and don't tell anyone to use this

Saree worth Rs. 809
I purchased a saree worth Rs. 809 on 9th December 2022 but placed it for return as i wasn't satisfied. Pickup dt given was 17th dec 2022 but was actually picked up on 17th Jan 2023 after numerous calls on their customer care no. Still awaiting refund. The app shows refund date still as 25th though TDY is 27. Hv again called customer care no but they give automated replies each tym. Useless and waste of tym

I have order a NCC Book from Shopsy and it was delivered to me but the page quality of it was not so good so I placed a return for it before the return policy. The pickup guy was expected to come on 16 Jan 2023 but the return policy ended on 15 Jan 2023. Even I applied for return before Return Policy The return of my order got cancelled.

Complaint against the company for not delevring item but given to someone else
I have booked one product and the courior by called me and taken address but not recieved till date. On status it shows delivered. Means they have given my product to another person. I called the customer care also but all wasrage of time. It is requested to take action against the company

I am Complaining About Careless Customer care Of Shopsy
I ordered a Item from Shopsy On 10th October for The occasion Of Diwali. the App was showing That I will Get My Order on 21st October, But It has been 23 Days I dont even Got My Product. my App Was Showing me product Has been Delivered, But Its Not ! I called Customer Care Support But They Are So Much careless they Dont even Call Back, If they Call Back They do a Missed call for 1 second. And If I picked up Their call No one talks to me .. i raised Complaint on shopy 4 Times But They Didnt respond me and they upload on shopsy that my Issue is resolved. But its not Has been Resolved .. they Are Not Even Giving my Refund Back .
