Shopume.com — Money deducted but no response

I have purchased 03 MI powebank through shopume.com on 27th Jan'15 order no. 14166, Payment Deducted immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date. Daily I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there on other to respond, only can hear recorded voice. Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date. I never had such bad experience with any other online site. Please do something otherwise this will continue u should sue this company and site
