I have purchased MI powebank through shopume.com on 16th Jan'15 order no. 12054, Payment Deducted immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date. Daily I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there on other to respond, only can hear recorded voice. Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date. i had ordered 1000 mva power bank for Rs. 649/- for which they charged my card immediately sometime in the month of october'14 but till date neither the item has been delivered nor the amount has been refunded to my card. Please help me in getting my money and bring such vendors to task to avoid them cheating other people in this manner and then disappearing

This website previewed mi power bank and 32gb sandisk pen drive at a very cheap price. The money got deducted but the item didnt deliver till date. I ordered the item in mid Jan 2015. The customer care didnt go through and the website now dont even open. Now i am stuck and dnt have any option.

I booked MI Power Bank for Rs. 649.00 and paid the full amount through my Credit Card. But so far the product is not delivered and also there is no response of their web site also.
