Shopume.com — Non receipt of Goods after making payment in advance. | |||
I have purchased one San disk Cruzer Blade32 GB (Black & Red) through shopume.com on 23/01/2015 and Order #13752, Payment Deducted from my Credit Card immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date. Daily I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there on other to respond, only can hear recorded voice. Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date. I never had such bad experience with any other online site. Was this information helpful? | |||
