I ordered a MI 10400 mah power bank on 22nd Jan and payment was deducted from my credit card. As promised it was supposed to deliver in 3 -5 days and even now i dont have any news. The customer service number provided in the website is not at all working. Appreciate if you can help to get back the payment.
