Shopume.com — Still now not received the Product

Dear Sir,


I have placed order of Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank (Silver) through shopume.com on 21-Jan-2015 Order #13381, Payment Deducted immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date.

I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there at the other to respond, only I can hear some recorded voice.

Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their ID provided on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date. I never had such bad experience with any other online site.
