Shopype — didn't received the product

I order a redmi note 8 pro on 3rd november 2019 and didn't received the product neither any information regarding it. I had also made money tramsaction. Please help me to get my money back. I can't track my details neither is their website working nor their number. The last time i contacted was 8 november 2019 and they only told me that i will be receiving my product till evening, after that there number is unreachable.
