Ordered redmi8 by online and paid 9435 rs through phonepe, & recived order confirmation no11198 on 8 th november, while checking status of the order in web site it was not working, saw the customer comments of cheating, then i try to contact over phone mr sameer recived the call & told the delivery will take 5 to 7days, due to holidays, later iam not able to track the item or the company, pl help us

I have bought redmi note 8 pro with google pay app for 16999 inr. The amount was received in the account of nitesh kumar singh (Transection id[protected]; google pay). But i have yet to receive any mobile phone. There web site is not working and mobile number is not valid. I am very much clueless. What to do to get my money back and teach them a lesion. We need to stop this. Can you please help and guide us

I had ordered redmi note 8 from shopype.com and paid amount via phonepe. Post successful transaction.. I had called the support number and got confirmation of the order and thus hot a SMS as well. However post that there is no clue of delivery details. Now site is not working and phone number is also not going through.

I have ordered two redmi 8 mobile on november 8 costed around rs.17999 inr. But now the site is offline. Toll free number is also not getting connected. We have received only a message, nothing else to followup. We have not received any mails as well. Please file a complaint and help us to get our money back. Order number is 10675.

When enquired about the delivery date through the given contact number[protected], they conveyed delivery will be done by 11nov. Today the site is not working and toll free contact number is not going through. Please help to get the money back.

I have order redmi note 8 pro on 6th november 2019, order i'd - 9107, through payment done from phone pe app.
It was confirmed that the delivery will be received within 4-5 days. Also i have contacted on the toll free no given on the site that is [protected] and got a confirmation that i will receive my delivery of the phone by 10th nov 2019 but still the product has not been received.
Today again i tried contacting them on the toll free no. But the same is not reachable and the site showing some error 502.
This seems to be a fraud site and hence i request you to kindly refund my amount of 16, 149/- against the said order.

I had purchased redme note 8 pro on 27/10/19 but didn't get the product yet. The payment was done via paytm upi whose transaction id is[protected]. It was told that the product will be delivered within 5-7 working days. When i didn't receive my order in the given span i called them. They told that due to some delay it will take 2 more days on 7/11/19. Now today (10/11/19) i found that the site is not working also the enquiry number is not available now. I have ordered a mobile phone redmi note 8 on 31th oct 2019. Now when i'm trying to open the site, is not working not even customer care number. And i am not getting any update for my order. Is shopype a fraud website?
Therefore i want to know my order status, or whether it will get delivered or not, if it's not then i want my money to be refunded... Or if it is getting delivered to me, then i want the details of my order i, e tracking number so that i can track my order and also please let me know the alternative contact details of this company... If i wont get any update in further 2 days then i'll be going to file a complaint and you'll be going to face the legal consequences...
